Is the free plan really unlimited?
Yes! The free plan includes unlimited boards, unlimited participants, real-time collaboration, voting, comments, and export features. No credit card required.
Do participants need to sign up?
No. Participants join by clicking the shared link, with no signup and no email required. You can also start a board as a guest from the home page, then sign in to claim it so it stays in your dashboard.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade through your account’s billing settings. You can manage or cancel an active Pro subscription in the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I pay?
Pro subscriptions are purchased securely through Stripe Checkout. You can manage payment details and view invoices in the Stripe customer portal.
Is there a team discount?
The Pro plan is a $20/month flat rate regardless of team size — no per-user pricing. This makes it very cost-effective for larger teams.
Can I try NextRetro before purchasing Pro?
Yes. Free includes the full core retrospective workflow. Upgrade when your team needs full history, workspaces, or the ability to start the next board from a previous retro.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro access until the end of the paid billing period. After that, your account moves to Free and Pro-only history, workspace, and next-board features are no longer available.
Do you offer refunds?
If you have a billing question, contact us and we’ll review it with you. Any refund is handled case by case.
