Another sprint.
The same conversation?
Let’s change that.

You already have the answers in the room. The quiet observation. The recurring frustration. The idea nobody’s said out loud. Nextretro helps you turn all of it into a way forward.

A no-bloat retro, done right

Four simple steps. One shared space.
A retrospective that goes somewhere.

Make room for every voice.

A shared link. A quiet moment to reflect. Everyone adds what went well and what could be better, with anonymous feedback when you need it.

Your retro,
ready for AI

Your agent can read the sprint in Linear, Jira, GitHub and Slack and fill the board with evidence before the call. Afterwards it turns the discussion into action items.

What is Nextretro?

Nextretro is an online retrospective tool for agile and remote teams. Create a shared board, collect feedback, group related ideas, vote on priorities, and discuss what to change in the next sprint.

Can we run a retrospective without signing up?

Yes. Enter your name and email to create a free board, no password or account needed. Share the board link and your teammates join without signing up, too.

What comes with the free plan?

The free plan includes unlimited boards and participants, real-time collaboration, templates, voting, comments, anonymous feedback, and PDF and Markdown exports. Plus adds team workspaces, full history, and the ability to start your next board from a previous retro.

Can our team share feedback anonymously?

Yes. Anonymous mode lets participants share feedback without attaching their name. Your facilitator can choose the setup that helps your team have an honest conversation.

How does the AI connection work?

Nextretro has an MCP server that connects to tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Antigravity. Once you connect and sign in, your assistant can read boards, summarize themes, and create action items. Connecting an AI assistant is optional.

Same team.
